Novant Health is excited to welcome a new Family or Family/Sports Medicine Physician to join our Novant Health Waxhaw Family and Sports Medicine team. If you have fellowship in Sports Medicine, you can expect a panel of approximately 30-35% non-operative sports medicine with the remainder being traditional primary care.

Our practice is located in the Charlotte suburb of Waxhaw, NC. Our freshly renovated office has been a part of the community for 30+ years and we're excited to continue growing to keep up with the demand from our community to get established at our clinic. You'll be joining a team of five other physicians, three advanced practitioners, and an incredible support staff. Within the Greater Charlotte Market, Novant Health has multiple medical centers, over 80 other primary care offices, and several specialist providers all dedicated to helping patients of the area receive remarkable care close to home.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program required
• For candidates wishing to practice Sports Medicine, completion of fellowship is required

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD or DO license or license eligible in North Carolina
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine (and Sports Medicine, if applicable)
• Current DEA license required
