Waxhaw Dental Center is hiring a General Dentist to join our amazing team!

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
• Minimum guaranteed salary: $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base
• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

• $150,000 minimum annual salary move to higher earnings through collections

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
• Restorative procedures
• Extractions (simple and surgical)
• Crown & Bridge
• Endodontics (Root Canals)
• iTero scanning
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
