We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling & Reservations Specialist to support client coordination and reservation management in a remote environment. This role focuses on assisting with scheduling requests, maintaining accurate reservation records, and delivering a positive client experience through clear communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client scheduling and reservation requests
• Assist with booking updates, modifications, and confirmations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools
• Support internal teams by ensuring schedules and reservations are properly aligned
• Monitor deadlines and follow established workflows and procedures
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure a smooth client experience
