The Product Support (PS) SSBU in the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) SBU is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven finance professional to assume the role of Finance lead (M3) within the Missiles Airborne and Seapower (MA&S) product line. The finance lead position will supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to build their foundational finance skills while growing their managerial skillset.

The selected candidate will have significant exposure to Product Support leadership and will work closely with the PS Program Teams and functional support leads on making financial, execution, and resource decisions. The selected candidate will have 1 direct report and be responsible for financial excellence across all program finance and business-related activities including cost and schedule execution and reporting, Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), proposal support, and IOT management.

The selected candidate must excel at multi-tasking, effective and influential communication, innovative problem solving, and possess a proactive skillset.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity located in Tewksbury, MA. Other allowable locations are: Portsmouth, RI; McKinney, TX; or Louisville, KY Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

• Lead, develop, and provide analysis for a IOT portfolio of programs
• Growth and development of direct report
• Prepare and brief finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
• Estimates at Complete (EACs) of required programs
• Support the development of the long range and annual operating plans
• Monthly forecast development and presentation (FP&A)
• Support proposal development and program startup / contract closeout activities

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or a similar system
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer

• Knowledge of IOTs (Inter Organizational Transfers)
• Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
