Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing (AKA How You'll Become a Sales Legend)

Own your territory Partner with your Sales Manager to build a strategic game plan, uncover opportunities, and turn your territory into your own success story.

Grow existing relationships Introduce current clients to Kyocera's full suite of Managed Network Services, Software, and Business Solutions. Because helping customers solve more problems is a win for everyone.

Be fast. Be curious. Be responsive. Follow up on leads quickly and turn conversations into opportunities. Great salespeople don't wait for success to find them.

Show, don't tell Deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that help customers see exactly how Kyocera can transform their business.

Hit goals. Celebrate wins. Repeat. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while building a pipeline that keeps future-you looking like a genius.

Keep the pipeline flowing Success isn't built on a single deal. You'll maintain a healthy mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunities to fuel consistent growth.

Get in front of new customers Set at least three new prospect appointments each week and continuously expand your network and influence.

If it's not in CRM, it didn't happen Keep customer information, activities, and opportunities updated so everyone stays aligned and informed.

Build strong customer partnerships Conduct account reviews, strategic business conversations, and regular check-ins that strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.

Keep leadership in the loop Provide forecasts, activity updates, and account insights that help drive smart business decisions.

Know the competition Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and national account strategies to help keep Kyocera ahead of the game.

Recommend the right solutions Match customers with technology that truly fits their needs, not just what's on a brochure.

Deliver an experience, not just a sale Make customer satisfaction a priority and build relationships that last long after the contract is signed.

Work across teams Collaborate with Service, Administration, National Accounts, and Leadership to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from day one.

Speak up and solve problems When challenges arise, don't keep them to yourself. Work closely with your Sales Manager to find solutions and keep things moving forward.

Become a knowledge ninja Attend product and sales training sessions, stay current on industry trends, and continue developing your expertise.

Qualifications

+ A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience or a Bachelor's degree.

+ This role will be responsible for a geographic assignment and a list of at least 25 prospective major accounts.

+ Excellent organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Master's Club Sales Category 1 or 2.

Preferred:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $80,785.00 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $32,660 - $44,730.00. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
