Investment Risk Manager - Taxable / Fixed Income | Hybrid | $180k-$190k | Boston, MA What You'll Do: Partner directly with portfolio managers and investment teams to provide independent risk analysis and quantitative insights Monitor portfolio risk exposures and deliver ongoing risk reporting across taxable and tax-exempt fixed income portfolios Develop and analyze quantitative risk models to support investment decision-making Conduct research on sources of portfolio risk and return and integrate findings into investment strategies Collaborate with client service teams and institutional clients on quantitative investment topics Utilize technology and advanced analytics to enhance portfolio risk oversight What We're Looking For: 5-7+ years of investment risk management or quantitative analysis experience within asset management or financial services Buy-side asset management experience strongly preferred Experience supporting portfolio managers and investment teams in an investment management environment Strong understanding of fixed income markets and portfolio risk Experience with Aladdin, Bloomberg, Yield Book, or similar investment risk platforms Advanced Excel plus SQL, Python, R, VBA, or similar analytical tools Experience leveraging AI tools for investment research or analysis is a plus Quantitative undergraduate degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar) MBA, Master's, or PhD in Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex quantitative concepts to diverse audiences Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA (Currently 3 days per week in the office, with the expectation that the schedule could increase to 4 days in the future.)
