Details of the Role This position will play a critical role in the firm’s investment activities, encompassing the following key responsibilities: Deal Origination and Sourcing: Identify and cultivate investment opportunities by leveraging industry networks, market research, and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and potential targets. Investment Evaluation and Execution: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment. Structure and negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
