Bridger Orthopedic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented *Registered Nurse* to join our growing Urgent Care team. This full-time position (3035 hours per week) provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced orthopedic urgent care environment across both our *Bozeman and Belgrade locations*.

This role combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities and is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. The schedule includes some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through the Montana Board of Nursing required
* Previous experience in an urgent care, emergency department, orthopedic, or similar clinical setting preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

* Partner with providers and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care
* Assist with patient intake, assessment, and care coordination
* Perform CLIA-waived laboratory and diagnostic testing as ordered
* Assist providers with procedures and treatments
* Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and clinical areas
* Maintain inventory and supplies
* Clean, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment
* Manage patient phone calls and communications
* Accurately document patient information and maintain records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
