High school diploma or equivalent2. Some combination of training and experience in PC technical support, OR one year of experience as a PC technician3. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for PC repairPreferred Qualifications - 1. Ability to perform work with a positive attitude and in a timely manner2.
