Client Service Associate

We are looking for someone who thrives in a welcoming, customer service-oriented environment with excellent communication skills. If you enjoy building strong relationships with clients, then look no further and apply today! In this role, you will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. As part of our tax team you will learn how to answer questions about taxes, how to prepare taxes and how to walk clients through various stages of the tax interview process. No matter your work background or experience level, we welcome you to apply!

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
