Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Salem, WV Contract Length: 9 weeks with possible extension Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts Hours: 36 hours/week Pay: $18/hr Requirements Current CNA certification required Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred Strong attendance and reliability required Ability to commit to the full contract Compassionate and patient-focused approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Must meet the completion bonus attendance requirements Responsibilities Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Obtain and document vital signs as assigned Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration Monitor residents and report changes in condition Maintain a safe and comfortable patient environment Follow infection-control and safety procedures Provide compassionate and respectful resident care Communicate effectively with the nursing and healthcare team #J-18808-Ljbffr People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company)
