Physician Advisor - Utilization & Quality Improvement
Wellstar Health System
Wellstar Health System is seeking a Physician Advisor to collaborate with the VPMA and care teams to optimize utilization, documentation and care delivery. The role focuses on improving quality metrics, reducing inappropriate stays, and guiding physicians through complex care decisions across Wellstar facilities. You will engage with physicians, nursing and case management staff to ensure medical necessity, appropriate level of care, and efficient resource use.
