Manufacturing Test Technician

Job Description
You’ll join a small team that solves unusual aerospace and turbomachinery test problems. One week you might build a spin-test fixture. The next, you might instrument a turbine component or work with an engineer to support a customer. You’ll see the whole project through, from setup and instrumentation to testing, analysis, and customer support.
We’ll train the right person on our specialized test processes. No spin-test experience is required.
What you’ll do
- Build, set up, and maintain test fixtures and high-speed rotating equipment
- Install instrumentation and run data acquisition during tests
- Troubleshoot, repair, and improve complex mechanical systems
- Work directly with engineers and customers on test programs
What we’re looking for
- Strong mechanical aptitude and real hands-on experience. School projects, co-ops, military service, and personal builds all count.
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Someone who enjoys building things, diagnosing problems, and seeing the results of their work
Nice to have
- GD&T knowledge
- Experience on a manual or CNC lathe or mill
- Exposure to instrumentation, sensors, or data acquisition
- A degree or certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field
