As we continue to expand, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced leaders to join our Operations Team as Warehouse Supervisors.If you are a hands-on leader with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team development, this is your opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, high-energy company in the eCommerce fulfillment industry!Why Join Boxzooka?Competitive pay & leadership opportunities Be part of a growing industry—eCommerce fulfillment is expanding rapidly Opportunities for career growth within our operations team Hands-on training & development for long-term success Collaborative, high-performance work environmentWhat You'll Do:Warehouse & Inventory OperationsOversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.Ensure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency in daily warehouse functions.Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements.Team Leadership & SupervisionAssign work schedules and direct daily warehouse activities.Lead, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.Work alongside the team, assisting in warehouse tasks when needed.Process Improvement & ReportingMonitor warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.Prepare daily reports on productivity, shipping, and warehouse performance.Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflow efficiency.What We're Looking For:Experience: Associates degree or 2+ years in a supervisory/team lead role in warehousing or distribution Inventory Management Experience is Required Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) Strong leadership & problem-solving skills —able to delegate tasks, make decisions, and resolve issues effectively Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment Excellent attention to detail & quality control Punctuality & reliability —consistent attendance is a mustWhat Success Looks Like:Within 3-6 months, you will: Have a strong understanding of Boxzooka's warehouse operations & team structure. Successfully manage day-to-day warehouse activities & team performance. Ensure inventory is accurate, shipments are on time, and workflow is optimized.By 12 months, you will: Take full ownership of a warehouse department (inbound, outbound, or inventory control). Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow within the company.Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPhysical Demands:Lift up to 49 lbs repetitivelyStand/walk for 10-12 hours per shiftFrequent pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching, and climbingPerform manual labor in a fast-paced warehouse settingWarehouse Conditions:Cold temperatures & loud environment at timesHigh-volume workload & tight deadlinesVisual Requirements:Ability to inspect products, operate RF scanners, read reports, and use measurement devicesReady to take the next step in your career?
