This role is responsible for executing sourcing events, leading negotiations, and partnering cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce spend, and strengthen supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings through negotiation and strategic sourcing initiatives Lead RFQs/RFPs to support cost reduction and product development efforts Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance, delivery, and quality standards are met Conduct regular supplier and stakeholder business reviews Implement best practices to improve supplier performance and supply chain reliability Use data and analytics to identify cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities Operations & Finance Support Collaborate with operations, quality, and materials teams to resolve supply challenges and ensure continuity Partner with finance to ensure compliance with purchasing and payment processes Qualifications Must‑Have: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system experience Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities Confident communicator with ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
