Location: San Jose, CA

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Overtime as Needed

Pay Rate: $27-$30/hour

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Assembler to support and coordinate assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong PCBA assembly experience, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

- Lead daily assembly activities and assist in meeting production schedules.

- Perform hands-on PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and electronic assembly work.

- Train, mentor, and support assemblers on procedures and best practices.

- Ensure products are assembled according to specifications and quality standards.

- Troubleshoot assembly issues and help resolve production challenges.

- Review and inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.

- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with PCBA assembly.

- Solid manufacturing experience in a production environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience training or leading assembly teams.

- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
