We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts while coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors. The successful candidate will manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. The goal is to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong background in multifamily or mixed-use projects.
• Experience managing projects from award through completion.
• Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily or mixed-use developments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.

• Experience in commercial construction and estimation.
• Multi-family experience.
• Experience with change orders and budgeting.

The position is primarily office-based with occasional local and regional travel, approximately 10% for site visits. This role is set within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and growth. The company is located in a great space in the heart of Louisville, and all departments are structured into teams to promote mentorship and collaboration.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sellersburg, IN.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Health, vision and dental insurance, 4% 401k match, 3 weeks vacation, 7 paid holidays.

This is a fully onsite position in Sellersburg,IN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 19, 2026.
