Project Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project management initiatives by assisting with planning, scheduling, documentation, communication, and reporting activities. This role will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Assist with information gathering, data validation, and project tracking activities.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate training materials and support project-related training initiatives.
  • Monitor project milestones and escalate potential risks or issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:
    • Microsoft Project
    • Visio
    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting project managers and coordinating project activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or project management support.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. They possess strong communication skills, enjoy supporting project teams, and excel at keeping projects organized and moving forward.
