• Acquire new-to-bank customers and actively manage a portfolio of retail clients to grow the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) deposit base.
• Identify and analyze clients' financial needs to recommend suitable consumer banking products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with branch partners and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies during all customer interactions.
• Participate in sales campaigns and marketing activities to drive portfolio growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, or financial sales.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products, particularly deposit and wealth management solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
