• Actively acquire new customers for credit cards and unsecured loan products through various direct sales channels.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable financial products.
• Ensure all sales activities and customer acquisitions comply with regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and corporate sales presentations to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the system.

• Proven experience in direct sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and participate in outdoor sales activities or roadshows.
