ARRT - Radiation Therapist

MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in radiation therapy and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. In this role, you will administer precise radiation treatments while prioritizing the safety and comfort of our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans.
Safely operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
Monitor patient responses, addressing any concerns with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on the treatment process and anticipated outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
Active Radiation Therapist license in Illinois.
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
