The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is passionate about supporting employees while partnering with leadership to drive organizational success.Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations mattersManage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientationSupport employee relations activities by investigating concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environmentAdminister employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiriesCoordinate performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesMaintain HR records, personnel files, and employee data within the HRIS systemAssist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and workers' compensation processesPartner with manufacturing leaders to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiativesAnalyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions and continuous improvement effortsQualifications:3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment lawExperience supporting hourly and salaried employee populationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plusSalary: Starting at $60,000+ based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
