Function:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As an integral part of our practice, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages within a family practice setting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
-100% Outpatient
-Monday to Friday 8am-430pm or 830am-5pm, 1 Saturday or Sunday per month, and 1 late night 12noon-8pm per week.
-16 patients per day
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.- Develop and implement patient treatment plans and monitor outcomes.- Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary, in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Current BCLS

Current DEA Certificate
