Programmer/Analyst

Programmer/ AnalystBuilds and codes applications and/or modules using a variety of programming languages. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems. Designs web based, mobile technology, cloud, and security interface to meet the specific needs of users. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, technical specifications, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. May build add-on modules using application program language and/or be involved in user testing to provide actionable insights that drive future system design improvements. May have vendor management responsibility. May partner and collaborate with cyber security teams to ensure compliance with security standards as well as development operations team while automating process of software delivery and infrastructure changes.Clearance: An ACTIVE clearance is required for this role.
