Business Analyst - Jersey City, NJ - Contract - $68-78 Per HRJoin our team as a Business Analyst, where you will work in a hybrid setting, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. As a contractor, you'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements. Familiarity with project management methodologies and generic technology tools is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements.Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsExperience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in tools such as spreadsheet software, diagramming software, project management software, or data visualization software.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.Core TechnologiesSpreadsheet Software | Diagramming Software | Project Management Software | Data Visualization Software
