CCAR Business Data Analyst Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid 12 Months+ ContractProfessional with experience across large banking institutions supporting CCAR FRY-14Q & FRY-14A Regulatory functional and data requirements. Data Requirements includes identifying data attributes, data discovery, data lineage. Functional Requirements include summarizing the reporting requirements per schedule. Experienced in partnering with Finance & Technology, and Chief Data Office teams to strengthen governance frameworks, improve data traceability and attestation, and support remediation of regulatory and control issues. The Role consists of following activities:Understanding of CCAR regulatory reporting instructions and data elementsGathering regulatory reporting business requirements Translating business requirements into functional requirementsDesigning the regulatory reporting solution architecture system specificationsDocumentation of data requirements using the report instructions – Business requirement documentWorking with data providers / system owners to identify the attribute available in source system - Data gap analysisDocumenting the mapping of source system attributes with the data requirements – Functional requirement documentWorking with Data Management team to hand over the requirementsPerform the data assessment to make sure it meets the requirements – Fit for purpose analysisExecuting the testing to reconcile the data with expected results – Testing summary and evidenceDocument the reporting rules for Axiom using data dictionary – Functional requirements documentPerform reconciliation of Axiom outcome with current production process - Testing summary and evidenceSupport UAT and production deployment for end-to-end automation
