Remote Mortgage Collections Specialist

U.S. Bank is seeking a dedicated collections specialist to help customers resolve delinquent accounts by contacting clients, reviewing documentation, and arranging repayment plans in a compliant manner. This home-based remote role requires at least one year in collections or customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and knowledge of debt collection practices. The schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday shifts, and starting pay is $20 per hour plus a 10% shift #J-18808-Ljbffr
