RECRUITMENT PACKAGE St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted. Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 Retention Bonus of $25,000 Resident compensation available up to 50 k per year for early sign on Time away from practice Paid Malpractice, including post SPHP employment tail coverage Benefits including health insurance / dental / vision Retirement program with employer match Opportunities for hybrid work in the hospitalist division or in continuing care may be available, if desired. APP collaboration at practice site may provide additional source of compensation. Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available for those interested (SPHPMA & IHANY committees, JOCs, etc.). Opportunities for teaching 1st year AMC students as well as precepting NP/PA students are plentiful within the medical group.
