Corporate Legal Assistant

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Legal Assistant to join our Corporate Department. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our corporate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to contribute to the success of a fast‑paced legal practice. Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day administrative and substantive support to corporate transactional attorneys across multiple active matters. Manage administrative tasks such as client billing, incoming correspondence, and thorough record‑keeping. Organize and maintain all case files, including indexing/filing documents. Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients on behalf of attorneys. Assist with the preparation and revision of corporate agreements, board resolutions, operating agreements, and other transactional documents. Open and close files. Manage and update assigned attorneys’ calendars, ensuring all meetings and compliance deadlines are accurately tracked and managed. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with entity formation, qualification, and maintenance filings across multiple jurisdictions. Requirements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
