International Financial Institution Seeks A Bilingual Japanese Administration Associate
The international financial institution is looking for a bilingual Japanese administration associate who plays an essential role in the planning and administration team of the Americas credit department. This position provides administrative support to the credit team staff.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of credit application workflow
- Administration of credit rating application
- Document library management
- Preparation of report and data support for senior managements in US and head office
- Credit planning and administrative assistant work and project coordination support
- Other administrative support tasks
Requirements:
- Sufficient language skill in English
- Bilingual English and Japanese is a plus
- Proficient PC related skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to understand job flow and basic document processing procedure
