Der/Die Key Account Manager/In OEM & Industrie betreut bestehende Kunden und akquiriert Neukunden in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Steuerungsbauer und groe Industriekunden und trgt die Verantwortung fr Umsatz und Marge.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Betreuung bestehender Kunden im Vertriebsgebiet Obersterreich mit dem Ziel, das Geschft abzusichern und zu erweitern sowie grtmgliche Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Systematische Gewinnung von Neukunden
- Fokus auf Automatisierungslsungen, Drives und Industriekomponenten
- Produktprsentationen und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Lsungen
- Einbindung unserer Applikationsingenieure beim Kunden
- Erstellung und Verfolgung von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung von langfristigen Konditionsvereinbarungen
- Aktive Untersttzung der Kunden bei der Nutzung digitaler Eaton Tools, einschlielich eCommerce Plattformen und Kundenportalen
- Umfassende technische Untersttzung in komplexen Projekten sowie persnliche oder virtuelle Betreuung unserer Kunden
- Untersttzung laufender Marketing- und Sales-Aktionen
- Beschaffung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen
- Planung und Reporting im Rahmen der internen Richtlinien, sowie Stammdaten-Pflege, Aktivitten- und Projektverfolgung in unserem CRM-System
Qualifikationen und Fhigkeiten:
- Technische Ausbildung (Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, o. . / HTL, FH, TU)
- Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb (Automatisierungstechnik, industrielles Umfeld)
- Talent zur Verhandlungstechnik, Selbstorganisation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfhigkeit
- Kaufmnnisches Verstndnis
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freude am Verkauf, an Neukundenakquisition und an der technischen Beratung
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Vertriebstools und virtueller Kundeninteraktion
