The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients, and representing clients in court proceedings as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned caseloads from intake through resolution. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters. Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and legal strategy. Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes when appropriate. Prepare for and participate in trials and evidentiary hearings. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate case files and comply with all court deadlines. Stay informed of changes in applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 1-2 years of legal experience preferred; qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to client service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in litigation and courtroom appearances. Experience handling client consultations and case management. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
