Patient Administration CoordinatorStar Sleep & Wellness is growing! We are looking for a Patient Administration Coordinator to support our Dallas team. As a Patient Administration Coordinator, you are the first impression for our patients. We prioritize a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service to ensure every patient has a positive first impression and experience. Medical experience isn't required; we prioritize excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technology.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients, ensuring all required documentation is collected.Prepare patient charts and collaborate closely with the clinical team.Assist the Advocacy cost team by verifying insurance for oral appliance shipments.Manage deliveries and maintain spreadsheet tracking.Execute time-sensitive administrative duties as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between DFW sites based on operational needs.About YouRegardless of position in the organization, these are the core values we look for:Value Reputation: Our name is everything!
