Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Float Pool RN for a Telemetry position requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with floating across Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units.

Job Details

• Float Pool RN role rotating between Medical, Cardiology, and Surgical units,
• Adult patient population,
• Patient ratio of 1:5 on all shifts and weekends,
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00-19:00,
• Every other weekend coverage required,
• Floating between units is required,
• Epic EMR experience required,
• Pyxis medication dispensing system in use,

Job Requirements

• Active WA or Compact RN license required,
• Active certifications required: BLS and ACLS,
• Preferred certifications: CPI and NIHSS,
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required,
• Strong float pool experience required,
• Epic EMR experience required,
• Experience maintaining a 1:5 patient ratio,

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered if they have strong prior float pool experience,
• Previous PeaceHealth employees (travel or permanent) should disclose prior facility and dates of employment,
• All required certifications must be active at time of consideration,
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration,
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required,
• Any time-off or scheduling requests must be disclosed upfront at the time of submission
