No prior financial services experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided for the right candidates. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings. Build relationships and provide excellent customer service. Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals. Present insurance solutions that fit client needs. Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment.
