Cleveland State University (CSU) is seeking a Coordinator, Benefits to support the campus as it modernizes human resources and continues to provide a comprehensive range of benefits designed to promote the health, well-being, and financial security of CSU employees and their families.

Provides administrative and front-line employee support for Cleveland State University (CSU) employee benefits. Collaborates with carrier partners to uphold financial and data integrity standards. Maintains a high level of confidentiality, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering responsible support to others. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent. Experience in benefits administration.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Human Capital Management (HCM) software systems.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and have a "Customer Focus" attitude and delivery. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Clearly and effectively conveys information to various audiences. Works cooperatively across HR functions, colleges, and departments. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Ability to provide empathy and professionalism when assisting employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
