Position Highlights:
Competitive Compensation: Earn a base salary of $41,600 plus uncapped commission, with total earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Conduct targeted residential visits to generate interest in our products and services.
Appointment Coordination: Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments.
Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy and home pool solutions.
Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and participate in team meetings and activities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Technology: Utilize digital sales tools to enhance your productivity.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications:
Experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required).
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
