Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Conduct targeted residential visits to generate interest in our products and services.
- Appointment Coordination: Work closely with our Solar and Pool Consultants to schedule appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and effectively showcase our green energy and home pool solutions.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and participate in team meetings and activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Technology: Utilize digital sales tools to enhance your productivity.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
- Strong background in canvassing or outside sales is preferred (but not required).
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous.
