Job Description

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and municipal codes.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
