Executive Recruiter

Position Overview
A growing professional services and talent solutions firm is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Executive Recruiter to join its expanding recruitment team. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, identify top talent, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated by results. They enjoy building relationships, uncovering exceptional talent, and helping organizations make impactful hiring decisions.
Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client intake through offer acceptance
• Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand hiring needs beyond job descriptions and titles
• Proactively source candidates through networking, referrals, direct outreach, databases, and other creative channels
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage expectations throughout the hiring process
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and manage hiring pipelines
• Consistently achieve individual recruiting and placement goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, account management, or related experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with candidates and clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Resourceful and persistent in identifying top talent
• Comfortable with outbound outreach, networking, and phone-based communication
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by results

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $65,000-$85,000 plus uncapped commission (first-year on-target total earnings of $100,000-$110,000)
