Team Lead - Nordstrom

Summary The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager to mentor and develop staff, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience on the sales floor. This role combines leadership, client development, and operational responsibilities to support business performance and team growth. The Team Lead may also champion a specific product category and contribute to merchandising and floor management. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to deliver high standards of client service. Drive client and business development through proactive selling and relationship building. Support selling and floor management, including achieving sales goals and maintaining merchandising standards. Oversee operational tasks and ensure smooth store processes and execution. Optionally champion a product category to enhance expertise and business results. Requirements Proven experience in luxury retail, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and client relationship skills with a client-centric approach. Demonstrated ability to drive sales, mentor others, and work collaboratively with store leadership.
