Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product questions, account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs.
• Identify customer concerns and work toward timely and effective resolutions.
• Guide customers through basic technical troubleshooting using clear, easy-to-understand instructions.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in company systems.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to help resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Meet established customer care performance, quality, and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, technical support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, software applications, and technology.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to listen carefully, identify customer needs, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Ability to remain professional and composed when assisting customers with challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
