Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview The Litigation Paralegal plays a critical role in managing cases from pre-suit through trial or settlement. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in personal injury litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation files from filing through resolution Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and motions Prepare and track discovery deadlines, court deadlines, and trial calendars Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert scheduling Draft subpoenas and manage records requests Review, summarize, and organize medical records, bills, and case evidence Prepare deposition summaries and trial binders Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness lists Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors Maintain accurate case notes and ensure compliance with firm procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (personal injury strongly preferred) Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and deadlines Experience with discovery, pleadings, and case management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software #J-18808-Ljbffr
