El Camino Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology to join our team and support high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong oncology experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative clinical environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide oncology-focused clinical pharmacy services
- Support chemotherapy coordination (infusion & inpatient)
- Partner with physicians and care teams on medication management
- Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and quality initiatives
- Participate in Drug Usage Evaluations (MUE/DUE) and P&T reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Pharm.D. from an accredited program
- PGY1 residency required
- 2+ years oncology experience or PGY2 in Oncology
- Experience with MUE or pharmacy QA data
- Active California Pharmacist license

$81.23 – $121.84/hour
