About the Role:

KMF Food Distribution in Cherry Hill, NJ is looking for a hardworking and reliable Freezer Order Picker to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced food distribution environment where your work makes a real impact every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately within a freezer warehouse environment
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Verify order accuracy by counting, and checking items against pick lists
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of freezer and warehouse storage areas
• Stage and palletize completed orders for shipping and delivery
• Follow all cold storage safety protocols and temperature compliance guidelines
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets in a time-sensitive setting

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to work in freezer temperatures (0&degree;F or below) for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of a full shift
