Grow with us.The core responsibilities of this role include: Inventory Management, audits, cycle countsPosition: Inventory Control LeadShift: 1stDays: Mon-FriShift: 7am - 3pmPay: $19.45In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:Coordinate and support daily inventory control activitiesPerform and monitor cycle counts and audit counts.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages)Ensure accurate system transactions (receipts, adjustments, transfers)Communicate inventory issues with operations, quality.Support root cause analysis.Maintain inventory accuracy in WMSSupport physical inventories and annual countsAssist with training associates on inventory-related processesSupport customer audits and internal auditsPerform additional inventory-related tasks as assignedUnlocker responsibility and audit pallets.Be part of the world's largest logistics company! Shape your world.Role Purpose: Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.Key Accountabilities:Reconcile and data entry into customer's system of record and the WM System.Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode systemWorking experience with cycle count and inventory controlKnowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or TopexWorking knowledge of SAP inventoryOur Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
