Social Media SpecialistAre you a creative storyteller who loves capturing content, riding social trends, and diving deep into the world of RVs and camping? Bish's RV is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team at our Meridian, Idaho headquarters.You'll be our on-camera talent and behind-the-scenes creator, helping script, film, and edit content that educates, inspires, and entertains our audience across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Salary $55,000-$75,000.What You'll Do:Represent Bish's RV as a voice on their own social media profileFilm, edit, and produce short-form video content for reels, TikToks, stories, and moreResearch social media trends and competitors to keep us ahead of the curveScript content and collaborate with the marketing team on fresh ideasBuild, manage, and execute content calendars for various campaigns and channelsAnalyze basic performance data and use it to improve content strategyLearn our product lineup and be able to speak confidently and authentically about RVing and campingWhat We're Looking For:Confident on-camera presence with fluent, clear speechIndependent worker who thrives without micromanagementA fast learner who can adapt to new tools, platforms, and processes quicklyHighly organized and structured in your workPassionate about storytelling, creativity, and the outdoorsStrong collaboration and communication skillsResources:Meta Business Suite (Facebook + Instagram)TikTok content creation + postingVideo editing software (CapCut preferred)Canva or Adobe Illustrator for graphicsUnderstanding of trends, filming setups, camera angles, and lightingBonus: Experience building a social media account (personal brand, side hustle, etc.) and examples of past successWho we are:Bish's RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
