Program Specialist - Digital Marketing

Scentsy is looking for a Program Specialist - Digital Marketing to help us build, launch, manage, and continuously improve our digital marketing programs across platforms including TikTok, Amazon, paid advertising, and emerging digital channels.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from strategy to execution. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate systems, teams, partners, establish processes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to make our programs more effective and scalable.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of strategic digital marketing programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Ecommerce, Analytics, Technology, Finance, Sales, Operations and other departments
• Help build and manage our TikTok and social commerce programs
• Lead the operational execution of Amazon marketing and advertising initiatives
• Implement paid digital advertising programs and agency/vendor relationships
• Establish KPIs and reporting processes to measure program performance
• Analyze results and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve Social Selling campaign performance, processes, and overall marketing effectiveness
• Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and workflows that allow programs to scale
• Work with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and proactively develop solutions
• Stay current on emerging digital marketing platforms, technologies, and industry trends
• Help evaluate and implement new marketing capabilities and opportunities
• Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, program management, ecommerce, paid media, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with TikTok Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon advertising
• Experience managing paid digital advertising programs
• Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without relying on direct authority
• A continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
