Location: Manchester, NY (Onsite)
Pay: Up to $25/hour + Commission
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach
• Identify and engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients to uncover new sales opportunities
• Secure customer orders and help drive revenue growth
• Obtain letters of intent (LOIs) and gather competitive market information
• Prepare and send customer quotes while following up to maximize conversion opportunities
• Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support sales efforts
• Track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within CRM systems
• Manage customer accounts and ensure exceptional service throughout the sales cycle
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and project timelines
• Negotiate pricing, shipping terms, and project opportunities when appropriate
• Follow up consistently on quotes and maintain regular communication with customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of inside sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to exceed sales targets
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships
