Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Auborn, WA.**Position Details:*** In-person, school-based role, early childhood caseload!* Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday – Friday**Requirements:*** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology* Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)* Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate* ASHA CCCs**Benefits (W-2 Employment):*** Paid sick leave* Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.8 FTE or more* 401(k) with company matching* Reimbursements for licensure, continuing education, and professional costs* Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate* Paid time off for volunteer work and donation matching for nonprofits (0.8 FTE and above)* General and professional liability insurance* Referral bonuses* No non-compete clauses**Why Ampersand Therapy:** We’re a small, therapist-run company based in Washington and Colorado.
