Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across assigned caseload
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Ability to fulfill a 42-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or educational setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
